Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, Langoliers gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise for a full refund. Repairs and exchanges are available, but the customer is responsible for this service unless they can demonstrate that the item was damaged upon arrival. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returns should also be accompanied by the original receipt where possible. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll issue an online store credit based on the current selling price. If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
• Your name and billing address.
• The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
• The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase.
• The item number of the merchandise, if available.
